architect/programmer knowledge in several languages. He has a extensive knowledge
in software development, business solutions, information technology, consulting
services, and business development. Shawn has worked with fortune-500 companies
and is a graduate of Texas A&M University, B.S., Business Analysis with an
emphasis on Management of Information Systems (MIS). He has
also been certified by Microsoft and Sun Microsystems and has two patents
pending "System and Method For Embedded Instant Messaging Collaboration" and
"System and Method for Selective Streaming of Network Based Media Content to
User Interface Devices."

Sergey Sirotkin- Software Architect
Sergey is responsible for the company’s software architecture, design, development and quality assurance. His experience includes leading the development of products targeted and related to the mobile devices market and developing system architecture. Sergey played a primary role in the creation of Numeric Algorithm Laboratories’ key product: the award winning WAP emulator M3Gate. He also designed the architecture of the emulator and implemented its core components including the WML parser and navigation features. Sergey has a Masters degree in System Analysis and Control from The “Dubna” International University for Nature, Society and Man.
